IDS Scheer Operations Services provide professional hosting and operating of your ARIS system landscapes, including surrounding subsystems (e.g., networks, file or fax systems) and external interfaces. Depending on your needs, IDS Scheer Operations Services offer stand-alone Operations Support (customer hosts hardware on-site or at another hosting partner) or a bundled package of Operations and Hosting (in IDS Scheer’s data center).
Hosting
Hosting includes all activities to run and maintain global system landscapes, from consulting (hardware sizing, configuration and provision) to security, network and other basis services. Hosting is offered in IDS Scheer’s data centers or remotely.

Operations
