ARIS PROCESS EXCELLENCE GROUP DEFENSE & SECURITY (APEDAS)
The ARIS Process Excellence Group Defense & Security (APEDAS) was established in 2006 by IDS Scheer as an independent user group for all customers, partners and ARIS product users within international or national defense and security organizations. The group offers an international platform to share first-hand knowledge and best practice solutions.
Process transformation is a critical success factor for the Defense & Security sector. Attaining Business Process Excellence is required in order to achieve business goals and manage the on-going changes of business requirements.
The ARIS Process Excellence Group Defense & Security (APEDAS) addresses:

IDS Scheer is extending a special invitation to its customers, partners and ARIS product users, relying on process consulting within international or national organizations to join APEDAS.
APEDAS is institutionalised by IDS Scheer AG as a voluntary user group.
APEDAS offers an international platform and expert network to:
- Share knowledge and establish co-operative activities among organisations with common interests in Defense & Security
- Collect, discuss and present common defense specific requirements in order to optimize or bring solutions into the ARIS industry solution and related consulting services
- Participate in a forum for analysing, responding and disseminating information and solutions for Process Excellence in Defense & Security
Participation in the APEDAS community is free of charge and voluntary.
