Through dedicated Application Service Centers, IDS Scheer offers expert support for all inquiries about the ARIS Platform and SAP software. Our application services are based on a dedicated service desk, which handles and processes all incoming inquiries.
In addition, the application services team enables continuous improvement of your implemented applications by modifying and optimizing the maintained and supported applications and processes. Our application services experts also provide extensive functional modifications and application enhancements.
In keeping with our goal of service improvement for all ARIS support customers, IDS Scheer has established a new global toll-free telephone number as of January 1, 2008. This number will be provided for all customer with valid maintenance / service contract .
An intelligent call routing system associated with this number guarantees that a customer’s call will be routed to the most appropriate Incident Management center on duty, depending on source country and time of day. Therefore, we can offer true 5x24h support without inconvenient handling.
This service is available for approximately 40 countries worldwide, covering nearly all European countries, USA, Canada, China, Japan and Brazil. ARIS Product Support can provide a complete list upon request.
