IDS Scheer's Application Support Center (ASC) provides Level I, II, & III support for all SAP applications. The ASC staff is comprised of senior consultants with a great depth and breadth of functional and technical consulting skills and years of experience in the implementing and supporting SAP. Through the ASC, IDS Scheer can support the entire lifecycle of SAP projects, including post go-live support, short term training, issue resolution and project transition working remotely with the ability to be on-site.
