Charles Doucot
Senior Vice President & Managing Director, Sales
Charles Doucot is Senior Vice President of Sales for IDS Scheer Americas, responsible for product sales of the ARIS Platform. With nearly 20 years of leadership experience in information technology and software sales, Mr. Doucot joined the IDS Scheer executive management team in 2006 to help the company reach sales and profit targets in the Americas, particularly related to the ARIS Platform. ARIS is widely deployed by leading organizations to support their Business Process Management (BPM), enterprise architecture (EA), and service-oriented architecture (SOA) initiatives.
Prior to his employment at IDS Scheer, Mr. Doucot was Vice President of Sales & Vice President of Channels, SI’s and ISV Programs at Sybase. During his tenure there, he held sales and profit and loss responsibility for the company’s North American Information Management Business Unit, PowerDesigner & PowerBuilder Business Unit, and also served as a corporate M&A Team member. Among his many milestones at Sybase, he recruited industry leading Channel Partners and achieved overall new license revenue growth of 6% in 2004, 70% in 2005, and 100+% H1 2006. Before working at Sybase, Mr. Doucot held global senior sales, marketing and management positions at HP.
Mr. Doucot graduated with a Bachelor of Science Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University in 1988 and from The General Management Program (TGMP) at Harvard Business School in 2000.
Lutz Lambrecht
Senior Vice President & Managing Director, Consulting
Lutz Lambrecht is the Senior Vice President and General Manager for the Consulting Services in the Americas Region. With 14 years of experience in IT consulting and 6 years in the management of professional service firms, Lutz’s responsibilities are:

- BPM & Management Consulting Services
- SAP License Resale and SAP Maintenance
- Application Service Center
- Sales for Services
- Sales for SAP Licenses and SAP Maintenance
- Partner Management for Consulting Services
Lutz started as SAP consultant for IBIS Prof. Thome GmbH in 1993 and later joined ICM, a SAP Consulting company, in 1996. Having worked in various large consulting projects, amongst them Henkel, Schwarzkopf and Kraft Foods, he took over the role as Industry Manager for the CPG industry. He was responsible for the development and roll out of the CPG industry solution to ICM’s subsidiaries worldwide. In 2001 he assumed the position as managing director of ICM America, where he was able to ensure both growth and profitability for ICM’s subsidiary. From 2004 to 2006 he was Managing Director of TDS Consulting GmbH in Germany, where he built up several new practices for both SME and large accounts as well a new Managed Services Unit. Lutz joined IDS Scheer at the beginning of 2007.
