Carefully examining skills and experience, an HR professional and hiring manager determines if the qualifications align with the job requirements. If there is a fit, an IDS Scheer HR representative will contact the applicant and arrange an interview. If there is no opportunity at this time, the company makes every effort to try and notify the applicant.

Q: How long will my resume remain on file?
A: Resumes remain active for six months in the applicant database.

Q: Does IDS Scheer have internship and co-op opportunities?
A: IDS Scheer will frequently sponsor internship and co-op positions. All open positions are posted on the website in the job search section. Both year-round and summer internships are open to students working towards a college degree.
