Global Partners

Global partners are market leading companies with worldwide reach that are strategic to IDS Scheer’s business and are active with co-development initiatives. Global partners have the ability to provide significant market impact with the joint solution. This partnership encompasses a global commitment in the areas of resources and revenue requirements.

Solution Partners

Solution partners provide software and services that complement, interoperate and add value to IDS Scheer solutions. Solutions Partners can resell IDS Scheer software as part of their offerings. There are two levels of Solution Partners.

• Premium: Solution Partners that achieve financial targets and are successful in reselling ARIS software as part of a value-added solution. This is by IDS Scheer invitation.
• Advanced: Solution partners that resell IDS Scheer ARIS software solutions with other products and services as part of a value-added solution. This is the level at which solution partners start partnering with IDS Scheer.

Service Partners

Service Partners provide trained and certified consultants who implement IDS Scheer ARIS solutions based on our ARIS Value Engineering methodology.

ARIS Value Engineering: An Integrated Approach
ARIS Value Engineering is a combination of methodology and ARIS tools to construct and continuously apply an integrated approach to business process management (BPM). This approach ensures that changes in processes and organizations are quick, efficient, transparent – and successful. Instead of following a sequential waterfall model, the individual elements of the BPM Lifecycle are integrated from process strategy, design, implementation and controlling. ARIS Value Engineering provides roadmaps for the introduction of a process-oriented organization or the optimization of entire value-added chains.

Technology Partners

Technology Partners work closely with IDS Scheer development. They provide additional or complementary tools for the ARIS Platform portfolio and develop tools together with IDS Scheer or OEM IDS Scheer technology.

Marketing Partners

Marketing Partners collaborate with IDS Scheer and promote IDS Scheer solutions as part of their solution. IDS Scheer and marketing partners jointly share leads.

IDS Scheer Innovation & Education Network Partners

The goal of the IDS Scheer Innovation & Education (I&E) Network is to establish a “Brain Trust” network that generates a constant stream of ideas for innovations, and to support education initiatives in the field of BPM. The I&E Network is an important component of IDS Scheer’s innovation process and will help to educate students about state-of-the-art BPM solutions. It bridges the gap between the academic and corporate worlds, offering a win-win situation for all members. IDS Scheer was founded by Professor August-Wilhelm Scheer as a spin-off of his research institute and has a long-standing tradition of innovation within academia. I&E Network members are offered the opportunity to access the newest BPM solutions and practices. They also have the opportunity to be part of exciting innovation activities that will lead to future solutions for business excellence and related fields. Members will also take part in an intense communication and knowledge exchange regarding BPM and innovation

More than 100 universities around the world use IDS Scheer’s BPM Architecture and its ARIS portfolio of software products in their education programs. The members of the I&E Network have been selected based on exceptional achievements in their BPM education and research activities. IDS Scheer benefits from ideas developed within the network and the extensive BPM education of post-graduate, graduate and undergraduate students. The Network is an example of best practices on how to promote sustainable innovation processes by bundling academic and industry knowledge.
